The beauty of the Ozarks includes open fields and creeks near Hollister, Missouri, the rocky shore of Indian Point campground, wooded trails winding through the Lakeside Forest Wilderness Area and scenic spots on the College of the Ozarks campus.
I help every family choose a location that fits their vibe—whether that’s water, woods, or wide open space.
Each location is rated for the top qualities to be considered as you decide if a location is right for your photography needs: vehicle accessibility, variety of scenery, how easy it is to navigate on foot & quality of flattering light.

Stockstill Park is a favorite location for extended family photos with a paved sidewalk leading to a wooded field that gives plenty of space for big groups alongside a lovely creek. Another creek access point offers an arched bridge that makes a nice backdrop.
